How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary from product to product, as some take longer to produce than others. We do however have a very fast turn-around and if you have a time constriction, we will do all that we can to accommodate. Feel free to contact us for more details on delivery times.

I want my product for a specific event; can you get it to me in time?

We always do our very best to meet our customers’ requirements.If you have a special request, please let us know as soon as possibleand we will do all that we can to accommodate it.

Do I need to send you artwork?

No, we do all our artwork in-house. It is helpful to send your company’s logo, in a high resolution format, but even that is not essential.

I am unsure of what I want from a design perspective?

Don’t worry;our experienced team is here to help you. Once you have decided the details you wish to promote, one of our designers will put some artwork together for you. And you can request as many changes as you need until you’re happy!

How long will it take for my artwork?

All artworks are completed in a maximum of 24 hours.
