Once we receive your order, our design team will create your artwork and send you a PDF visual to review before anything goes into production.
If you have your logo in a vectored format (AI, EPS or PDF), thatās ideal ā but if not, donāt worry. We can usually work from standard logo files too.
Youāre welcome to request as many tweaks as needed to get everything just right. After all, itās your logo on your product, and we want you to be 100% happy.
We aim to turn artwork visuals around within 24 hours.
Delivery
Production begins once your artwork has been approved. For new customers, payment in full (PFI) is required before production can commence.
Lead times vary depending on the product and production method and are detailed on each product page. For repeat orders, turnaround is often quicker, as we keep all moulds and specifications securely on file.
Once complete, orders are dispatched on a next working day, fully tracked delivery service, with weekend delivery available on request.
Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and volume and will always be clearly shown on your quotation.
All first orders are on a proforma invoice basis. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full. After your first order, we are happy to review and open a 30-day credit account, subject to approval. We accept payment via BACS, credit card and cheque.
